I wish this snow we got and will be getting is an April Fool's joke.
But I don't think so.
At least it's April and things have to start looking up!!!!

Garden Magnets

Hi there,
Just wanted to pop in and show you my garden magnets.  Renee Mullins design.

I'm in pain!!!!  My sciatic is acting up.  Had a Thermacare wrap on it all day.  It's hard to sit, so it was hard to do anything constructive today.  I was half sitting/half standing on my paint/barstool chair.  Right now, I think the pain pills finally kicked in, so it's not so bad. 

Other than that, just waiting for spring to arrive!!!!

Joined a Party

Wow, I just joined a link party.  Wasn't too hard!!!  I'm learning as I go.  Still have alot of things to do to this blog, and one day I will get that done too......  So, anyone on the fence, jump in!!!!  You can do it!!!!

Spring has arrived.  I heard the birds this evening chirping away.  My daffodills are peeping up along with my daylillies.  But the weather is calling for that "s" word by the end of the week.   Hope they're wrong.

Some spring things

Hi, It's soon spring.....yeeaaahhh!!!  I was outside and daffodils and tulips are peeping up out of the ground.  The weather hasn't been the greatest...rain so it's quite chilly out there.  They're still coming up no matter what!!!!

Worked on two new projects...both Rene Mullins design.  The breadboard...I had every intention of staining it.  Got the stain out and then I question myself.  It looks great the way it is.  But I was thinking, with the reds and purples and the stain, will it be too dark then.  Can't take stain off!!!!  Soooo girls, what do you think???

These are the only spring things I have out yet.  Will work on the rest over the weekend or next Monday.

These were easily accesible when putting away the winter things.  I just put all snowmen away Mon and Tues.  I love pitchers.  I am drawn to them, but don't buy them all the time.  I had a holly pitcher with holly in it for the winter months.

More bunnies

I've finished these wood bunnies by Rene Mullins.  The wreath is 10" and is OOAK.  I bought a smaller wreath with all those pips and eggs on at a GW and just put them on this wreath.  The little bunnies are 51/2" and with the bunny garland 9 1/2".  Boy, have I missed painting.  Still working on the material bunnies as shown in the last post, for orders.

Everyone has been sooo busy making all different kinds of bunnies.   And getting their spring things out.  Surprisingly, I'm slowly putting away snowmen and all things pertaining to winter.  I don't usually do that till the middle of March.  Maybe, it's seeing all of you getting your spring things out makes me want to get mine out too!!!!   And a couple of windows got washed!!!!! Not by me, but by my hubby.  Gotta love him!!!!!!

I've been abit under the weather.  I had a cold and thought was better till my head started exploding and realized I had a sinus infection....again.  Four years ago, I had one in my ear and the sinuses drained through my left ear and broke the ear drum.  That was an experience.  You don't have surround sound when you only hear out of one ear!!!!!  I couldn't sing in the choir for months as I couldn't tell if I was on the right note!!!

It's been nice visiting with you and have a nice weekend.  Hopefully it's going to be nice where you live.  We're in for rain and that "s" word!!!!  YUK!!!!!

Bunnies....Carrots...Chicks

Finally got these done.  I made these all in different colors and now I want to enlarge the pattern and make bigger ones.  I think they would be easier to work with.  These weren't that hard to do.

Boy, I'm ready to wash windows!!!!  I'm ready to wash the winter dirt off of them.  On sunny days, they are just bugging me and they are saying "Wash Me!!!"  lol  No, I am not a clean freak.  I have other things I want to be doing than cleaning!!!!  There again, on sunny days and I see those spider webs, I get the mop out and get rid of them.

 I think, no snow is in sight for this week!!!!  Let's hope.

It's baaaccckkk!!!!

Yuk!!!!!  The snow is back!!!!  We were spoiled by those 60 degree temps late last week!!!!  But, I knew it was too soon to get excited and think spring was here.  Not in W. PA.  We will have weather like this till April!!!!

Still working on my new bunnies, but will show you my egg bunnies.  I see there are no yellow or pink ones in that group.  Any color can be made.  I had other bunny pics from last year,  I took the pics on another camera, but do you think I can find those pics.

  I heard that.....start scrapping, and have your pics in an album!!!!! 

 And intentions are good...
I've bought the paper, the embellishments, but I just don't have time to work on that too!!!!  I either need more hours in the day.   More days of the  week.  More of me.  Or don't do the housework!!!! 

The eggs are $3.50 each plus s/h.  It's a 2" egg and with the ears...4 1/4" tall.  They sit on a 1" heart.  If you have a preference of design on the material let me know.  My girlfriend, absolutely hates gingham, so let me know likes and dislikes!!!!  I have it all!!!!
The other item are my flower face pots.  They sit in a 2 1/2" pot with a 4" dowel, so probably 8" tall.  They are $4.00 each plus s/h.  Again, any color can be made.
